Terms of Service

These Terms govern SuperClassify at superclassify.com, its API and related services, operated by KORO INTERACTIVE PRIVATE LIMITED (Singapore UEN 202525340Z) (“we”, “us”). Effective 23 September 2026.

1. Your agreement and account

By creating an account, purchasing credits or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you act for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind it. You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Provide accurate account details, protect your login and server-side API keys, and manage your workspace members and permissions. You are responsible for authorised activity and for misuse resulting from your failure to protect access. Tell us promptly if access is compromised. You are not responsible under this clause for misuse caused by our breach.

2. What SuperClassify provides

SuperClassify is a community platform for creating, publishing and running versioned Classifiers. Classifiers describe questions and evaluation criteria. Our API sends the necessary instructions, input and context to TypeSafe’s Jev model and returns structured judgments, scores or probabilities. Jev is provided by TypeSafe AI, Inc.; it is not a model developed or owned by SuperClassify.

Public and first-party Classifiers use the same authoring and execution system. A Classifier’s title, example, category or author does not certify its accuracy. Scores and probabilities are model judgments, not verified facts or guaranteed real-world outcomes. An example’s expected answer is the author’s expectation unless expressly identified as a measured result.

A pinned release preserves its published specification, not a guarantee of identical future model outputs or permanent availability. We may retire or suspend unsupported or unsafe releases; we will not silently replace their declared contract. Keep an appropriate fallback in your application.

3. Responsible use

Use the service lawfully and only with content you have the rights and permissions to process. Provide required notices and obtain necessary permissions from people whose data you submit. Do not submit passwords, API secrets, payment-card data, government identification numbers, or sensitive medical, biometric or financial records unless we have separately agreed suitable safeguards in writing.

Do not use the service for unlawful discrimination, fraud, harassment, exploitation, malware, unauthorised surveillance or infringement. Do not bypass access controls or usage limits, attack the service, or expose your API key in client-side code. Do not use Jev outputs to distil or train a competing model, or attempt to extract the provider’s underlying model or confidential technology.

You control what your application does with an answer. Independently validate consequential outputs and use human review and fail-safe controls. Do not use a Classifier as the sole basis for decisions about health, legal rights, lending, insurance, employment, education, identity verification or physical safety. A label such as KYC, security or robotics does not make the service certified for that purpose.

4. Your content and community publishing

You retain your rights in content you submit. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to host, process, transmit and display it only as needed to provide, secure and support the service, comply with law and carry out your sharing choices. This includes sending the required content to our service providers. We do not claim ownership of your inputs or model outputs; outputs may be non-unique and may not qualify for intellectual property protection.

Publishing makes your chosen public profile, Classifier description, examples, output contract and AI Agent Instructions available to others, including search engines and automated agents. Evaluation instructions are exposed according to your Shown or Hidden setting. Hidden evaluation instructions still have to be processed by us and Jev to run the Classifier. Do not put confidential information into public fields.

Publishing permits other users to discover and run your Classifier through SuperClassify. It does not, by itself, grant them ownership of your underlying content or a licence to republish it elsewhere. Community instructions are documentation, not authority to obtain secrets or change someone’s environment.

Published releases are immutable. Create a new release to change behaviour. Removal or suspension may stop future access but cannot recall copies already obtained by third parties. We may restrict content that violates these Terms or third-party rights. Send infringement reports to our contact address with the relevant URL, your rights and supporting details. Publishing alone creates no right to payment or revenue sharing.

5. Prices and prepaid credits

Credits pay for SuperClassify service usage only. Purchases are one-time payments, not subscriptions or automatic top-ups. The available packages and total payable amount are shown before payment. Prices and balances are in US dollars unless expressly stated otherwise; your bank may charge currency-conversion or other fees.

The current usage rate is displayed on our Pricing page and pricing API. Usage includes the instructions, submitted content and context billed by Jev. We reserve an estimate before execution, settle measured usage for successful runs and release the unused reservation. A completed judgment, including an abstention or an answer you dislike, is usage. Failed service runs and duplicate inference caused by our platform are not charged to you.

Keep the same request identifier when retrying an uncertain request. A new identifier can create a separately chargeable run. We do not retain ordinary API results for later retrieval; a lost completed response is not automatically rerun. Save the returned result in your own application if you need it.

Credits are not money, a bank deposit or an investment. They cannot be transferred between users, traded, withdrawn or used outside SuperClassify. Purchased credits currently have no scheduled expiry. Promotional or free credits have no cash or refund value and may carry disclosed conditions. Changes to future pricing do not retroactively change settled usage.

Any tax we are required to collect will be included or itemised in the total shown before payment. We do not add an undisclosed tax or processing fee after you pay. We will communicate material pricing changes before they apply; the rate accepted for an admitted request remains applicable to that request.

6. Payments, refunds and disputes

Stripe processes payments for KORO INTERACTIVE PRIVATE LIMITED. Your statement may identify KORO INTERACTIVE or SuperClassify. We credit the workspace after verifying payment, not merely because your browser returns from Checkout. Confirmation can take time. Use the existing order’s recovery option before starting another purchase.

All credit purchases are final and non-refundable, including unused credits, change-of-mind purchases and dissatisfaction with model results, except where a refund or other remedy is required by applicable law. We will correct verified duplicate payments and incorrect charges. Where a refund is legally due or corrects a billing error, it returns to the original payment method after verification; Stripe and your bank determine when it appears.

Purchase only the credits you expect to use. Voluntary account closure does not create a right to a refund of unused credits. Contact us to resolve remaining credits and pending payments before account deletion. If we permanently discontinue the service, your mandatory legal rights in respect of unused purchased credits remain unaffected. Promotional credits have no refund value.

For a disputed or reversed payment, we may temporarily restrict associated credits and access while investigating. We will not knowingly recover the same amount twice. Contact us with the order or request identifier; do not send full card details. Nothing here restricts legitimate rights to raise a payment dispute or complaint.

7. Data and confidentiality

Our Privacy Policy explains data collection, service providers, overseas processing, retention and your choices. It is a privacy notice, not permission for unrelated uses of personal data. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards and restrict access to private content to service needs, authorised workspace access and lawful requirements.

Ordinary inference input and output are processed transiently by SuperClassify rather than saved as run history. This does not apply to content you deliberately save as a Classifier, example or evaluation dataset, or to separate processing by Jev and other providers. Do not use the service where an unagreed requirement for data residency or provider zero retention is essential.

8. Availability, suspension and closure

We aim to provide a functioning service but do not promise uninterrupted access, a particular latency, error-free results or suitability for every use. Internet, model-provider and payment-provider failures can affect availability. No service-level agreement applies unless separately agreed in writing.

We may proportionately suspend access to address security threats, fraud, unlawful use, material breach, non-payment or a legal requirement. Where reasonably possible, we will explain the reason and provide an opportunity to resolve it. You may stop using the service at any time. Contact us to challenge a restriction or close an account. Provisions about accrued charges, refunds, content rights, confidentiality and disputes continue as necessary after closure.

9. Liability and statutory rights

We will exercise reasonable care and skill in providing the service. Except for express commitments in these Terms and rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, we give no guarantee of the accuracy, completeness or fitness of AI results. You should test your integration and maintain appropriate backups of your own work.

To the extent permitted by Singapore law and subject to any applicable reasonableness requirement, neither party is liable to the other for indirect or consequential loss. Our aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the greater of US$100 and the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These exclusions and limits do not apply to fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, our obligation to refund amounts properly due, or liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude or limit. Nothing removes your non-excludable consumer or data-protection rights. If a restriction is unenforceable, it applies only to the lawful extent and the remaining Terms continue.

10. Changes, governing law and contact

Singapore law governs these Terms. The Singapore courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction, without removing any mandatory right to bring a claim in another competent forum. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern; doing so is not a condition for exercising a statutory right.

We may update these Terms to reflect service or legal changes. We will identify the effective date and give reasonable notice of material changes through the service or your account contact before they take effect, except where an urgent legal or security change is necessary. Changes do not retroactively alter completed purchases. A separately signed agreement prevails to the extent of an express conflict. Neither delay in enforcing a right nor a single waiver waives it generally.
